You will find two DOVE churches in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda. The Rwandese are enthusiastic in dance and love to sing before their God. Though the nation of Rwanda is in a time of rebuilding and development after the devastation of genocide in 1994, they do have a vision to reach other nations such as the Congo, DRC and Burundi.
